Problem with cfP2220 - access denied and can''t reinstall upgrade

Hi,

I am not able to communicate with compact Fieldpoint cFP-2220. I am currently using labview 2014 on windows 7.

I already install FieldPoint realtime 2015 and I still have problems as shown on pic below.

so i go to max to try installing new version but i can't reinstall the software in cFP.

Please help me to solve this problem.
