Hello, not sure if the right place to ask this but I am having an issue with our CFP 2200 refuses to send any data through our MTS 709 Alignment software. I am able to verify that from the NX Max software that the instrument is in a Running state, and am able too communicate with it (restart and ping it). But on the software MTS 709 am not getting any readings even after establishing a connection.
So am trying to determine were the break might be and what i could do to fix it. Any advice would be welcomed.
