We have an automated test machine that tests high temp igniters for ohms and amps. It operates an 18 station turret, one igniter per station. Station 1 is inop and we think it is a software problem. The machine is old (14 years) and it uses FieldPoint software. Who can do onsite field service? We are located in Milford, NH
