I have a cFP-2100 with cFP-TC-120, cFP-AI-110, cFP-AO-210, cFP-DIO-550, and a cFP-CB-1 per I/O module.
My labview program complained that it couldn't find this module, but it could see 2 other cFP-2100 bricks in the system. The faulted brick had the Status light On solid Red, as well as the green Power light and the "A" light On (B,C,D off). Each of the I/O modules had Power light On but Ready light Off. I cycled power on the module and checked the ethernet cable. Same result. I checked to see if MAX could see this brick. It could see the other 2 bricks, but not this one.
So I did some debugging (at least I think that's what we could call it). I pulled all the CB-1 modules, same result. I pulled all the I/O modules, same result. I disconnected ethernet cable, same LEDs. I re-seated the cFP-2100 module into the backplane, same result. I tried power up with DISABLE VI dip switch set, same result. With SAFE MODE set, same result. I tried RESET IP and SAFE MODE, then tried to discover the remote system in MAX, not there.
Is there any way to rescue this module or am I going to need to spend $2K on a new one?
Thanks.
