Decommissioning CFP devices. Stored memory concerns

I know nothing of this hardware but I've been tasked with decommissioning a bank of old Compact FP devices (CFP 2120 with relay and i/o modules).

Should I be concerned of stored memory on this particular module? 

For security reasons I need to be sure these are either reset to factory default or all memory is erased. 

I have no way of powering the modules without troublesome lab assistance.
